Customised Products

All products sold by us are made to order and customised according to the information provided by the customer, including but not limited to QR codes, URLs, text, graphics, and other personalised content.

As these products are personalised and created specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard cancellation and return rights applicable to non-customised goods under UK consumer legislation.

Customer Content & QR Codes

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, links, text, graphics, websites, social media profiles, trademarks, logos, or other materials submitted to us.

You agree not to submit QR codes or content that links to, promotes, contains, or facilitates:

Illegal activity;

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content;
  • Malware, viruses, phishing pages, or harmful software;
  • Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or threats;
  • Violent, extremist, or terrorist content;
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material;
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
  • Any material that may reasonably be considered offensive, harmful, or unlawful.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, cancel, or refund any order that we believe breaches these requirements.

We are under no obligation to review, monitor, or verify customer-submitted content and accept no responsibility for the content, operation, availability, legality, or accuracy of any third-party website or service linked through a customer-generated QR code.

The customer remains solely responsible for all content linked to or accessed through their QR code.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customised products where:

  • The customer has entered incorrect information, including URLs, QR code destinations, text, or design preferences;
  • The customer changes their mind after placing an order;
  • The customer is dissatisfied with the chosen content, design, colour, fit, or sizing after production has commenced.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the ordering process is accurate and complete.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged in transit; or
  • Incorrect due to an error on our part,

you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To process a claim, we may require photographic evidence showing the fault, damage, or error.

Where a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item; or
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

QR Code Functionality

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any URL, website, social media profile, or destination linked to a QR code is correct at the time of order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer errors in submitted URLs or destination links;
  • Changes made by third-party platforms after purchase;
  • Removal, suspension, deletion, or restriction of linked content;
  • Broken links resulting from customer-supplied information;
  • Loss of traffic, business, revenue, followers, or opportunities arising from the use of a QR code;
  • The availability, performance, or security of third-party websites.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Any issues relating to damage, manufacturing defects, printing defects, or fulfilment errors should be reported within 14 days of receipt. Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.
