How long does the website take?

Your website will typically be ready within 5–7 business days once we have received all the information and content we need from you.

How long does the clothing/business cards take?

Clothing and business card delivery times depend on the supplier, product availability and the type of branding required. We’ll confirm an estimated delivery time once your order has been processed.

What if I don’t already have a logo?

No problem. If you don’t already have a logo, we’ll create a professional logo for your business free of charge as part of your Business Launch Pack.

Do I need to provide my own website content and images?

We’ll ask you to provide some basic information about your business, including your services, location and contact details. You can also send us your own photos if you have them. We’ll then use this information to create your website content and bring everything together.

Can I make changes to my website after it is launched?

Yes. If you need to update your contact details, services or other information, get in touch and we’ll help keep your website up to date. Any larger changes or additional pages may be quoted separately.

Can I use my existing logo?

Absolutely. If you already have a logo, we can use it across your website, workwear and business cards to create a consistent look for your business.

What is the QR code for?

A QR code is a scannable code that lets customers instantly access your website using their phone. Simply point your phone camera at the code and tap the link that appears. Your QR code can be added to your business cards and selected workwear.

What is included in the annual website renewal?

After the first year, the £250 annual renewal keeps your website online and includes website hosting, domain management, security, backups and ongoing technical support. Minor updates may also be included, depending on the type and scale of the change. If you don't want to renew, you're free to walk away. No hard feelings :)
